Shipping charges are actual costs based on weight plus .50 to cover the cost of materials.
We have selected the US Postal Service as our standard carrier finding that our customers
prefer it as it provides the least expensive option and is often faster than the competing
carriers.
First Class mail may be used for packages 13 oz or less. Otherwise Priority Mail is typically
used. Should there be a higher level of service at a lower or equal cost to what you
selected, we will ship using that service.
If you prefer another carrier, just note that in the comments.
We will notify you of shipping charges prior to shipping your order if you would like.

b. Parcel Post for packages over 13 oz, with delivery in 2-9 days

In addition to shipping via a commercial carrier, if you live in the Roanoke area (Troutville,
Daleville, Fincastle, Roanoke, Vinton, and Salem) you may elect to have your products
delivered for a small fee. You will be contacted regarding the delivery schedule.
Pick-Up
Another economical option is to pick-up your order at a designated retail partner. This
option completely eliminates shipping charges. Please do not contact these merchants
via phone to inquire about your order. HealthyGiving.com will notify you when your
order is available for pick-up. Our current retail partners are:
